Terms and Conditions: 21 day cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival or no shows will be charged full and total price of accomodation taken per person. An administration charge of 10% of the total booking fee applies to all cancellations. 5% charge when paying by debit/ credit card.
Peak season (New Year/ Easter/ Rugby/ Special Events/ Festival) A 21 daycancellation policy applies unless 100% is charged. We advise all guests to insure against financial losses due to cancellation. All cancellations must be made in writing.
